We keep our hiring process minimalistic, and we move extremely fast. If you do the same, we can usually get to a decision in <1 week.
π 1. Discovery Interview
We want to get to know you as a person and understand your background, experiences, motivations, and life goals. At the same time, we also want to share with you what we are doing, how we work, and how we hire.
π§ 2. Technical Interview
We deep dive into your professional background and prior work experiences related to the position you are applying for. We might also ask you technical questions about any of the skills listed as βRequiredβ in the job post.
π§βπ» 3. Technical Challenge + Presentation
Youβre a pro, and we want to give you the opportunity to show that. By working on a challenge related to the role you applied for, you will be able to get a glimpse of the kind of work you would be doing on the job. Preferably, you come to our office and complete the challenge, presentation, and culture fit interview on the same day, but you can also choose to do the challenge remotely at your own pace. In either case, we compensate you for your time.
π¬ 4. Culture Fit Interview
We ask you in-depth questions about your personal values and working and collaboration style. Finally, we also give you the chance to meet the team and clarify any open questions from your end.
Here are some key questions we ask ourselves before making any hiring decision:
Do we admire the candidate on a technical level and as a person?
Will the candidate raise the average level of effectiveness of the team they are joining?
Along what dimensions might the candidate be or become a superstar?
Would we personally like to work for this person?
