We keep our hiring process minimalistic, and we move extremely fast. If you do the same, we can usually get to a decision in <1 week.

We want to get to know you as a person and understand your background, experiences, motivations, and life goals. At the same time, we also want to share with you what we are doing, how we work, and how we hire.

🧠 2. Technical Interview

We deep dive into your professional background and prior work experiences related to the position you are applying for. We might also ask you technical questions about any of the skills listed as β€œRequired” in the job post.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» 3. Technical Challenge + Presentation

You’re a pro, and we want to give you the opportunity to show that. By working on a challenge related to the role you applied for, you will be able to get a glimpse of the kind of work you would be doing on the job. Preferably, you come to our office and complete the challenge, presentation, and culture fit interview on the same day, but you can also choose to do the challenge remotely at your own pace. In either case, we compensate you for your time.
